Can it stay on while my AC or heat pump runs?
No. Remove it completely before operation. Do not cover a heat pump that needs to run for heating.

No. The open mesh intercepts leaves and larger debris. Water and fine particles can pass through.
Does it replace regular cleaning and maintenance?
No. Continue routine inspections and maintenance, and keep both the cover and surrounding area clear of accumulated debris.
